While some corporations use gaming technology, most don't use it regularly or integrate it within their standard software development or visual communication processes unless they happen to be creating a game for a particular project. Why?

Using game development processes is not easy. They are complex, can involve many different types of software and can involve people with many different skill sets. If done incorrectly these processes can be costly and can involve too much time and money to successfully implement. However, if done properly a corporation can develop processes using gaming technology to develop and deploy any type of custom 3D visualization application with game quality graphics at the same or lower cost to the strategies they employ today.
