Majic Components

A Majic Component is a packaged Majic Studio element that producers can apply to a geometric entity or application scene to achieve a particular visual effect. Majic Components include pre-defined materials (i.e. glass, copper, etc.), pre-defined navigators for user interaction and special effects (i.e. fire, smoke, etc.).

An initial library of Majic Components is installed and included with Majic Studio. The Producer Library contains updates and new components that can be downloaded and installed within existing installations of Majic Studio.

The Majic Studio Producer Edition is capable of using and applying a Majic Component to a particular model, scene or application. The Majic Studio Developer Edition is capable of modifying or extending an existing Majic Component in a specialized manner that can be used by producers. The Developer Edition can also be used to create new Majic Components.
